Impaired Credit Mortgage

Mr and Mrs Gee experienced a difficult time when he was made redundant with very little compensation having been employed for a short period.    With a newly purchased house on a large mortgage, his daughters wedding and a grand holiday to celebrate 25 years of marriage it isnt surprising that they defaulted on their mortgage by missing many months payments and incurred County Court Judgements for other debts.  

When Mr Gee was fortunate to obtain new employment and after a period of stabilised income was anxious to move home. His recent record of adverse credit made it impossible to obtain a new mortgage from his previous lender and any other high street lenders.  

ACL was able to place his requirement with a sympathetic specialist lender initially with a discounted impaired credit mortgage which was reviewed after 12 months of good conduct to a normal competitive interest rate.
