In 2004 and early 2005 the Financial Services Authority (FSA) was appointed by the government to supervise the Residential Mortgage and Insurance industries to ensure that clients are treated professionally, honestly and fairly. This means that any person or firm involved in arranging residential mortgages or general insurance without formal authorisation by the FSA will be committing a serious criminal offence.  Firms and their advisers are painstakingly screened for integrity and financial probity, and must be exam qualified professionally in the industry and able to pass regular fitness and competence tests. ACL is proud to confirm that it is authorised and regulated by the FSA.

ACL is a long standing full Member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), a voluntary association designed to regulate and supervise those Brokers with the specialised expertise and experience necessary in the commercial finance sector to uphold and maintain a high standard of advice and professionalism.
